Veel geconcentreerd fruit en tropisch fruit, alsof het rijp is in de neus. Krachtig mineraal zonder weelderig over te komen. Het fruit wordt gedragen door de restzoetheid, in evenwicht gehouden door de zuurgraad en gaat over in een lange, warme, kruidige afdronk. Na enkele jaren rijping op fles ontwikkelen de fruitaroma's zich richting gedroogd fruit.
